Drop Drag Chain

In this system, the transfer and injection is done by pushing the materials by the wing blocks connected to the chain link, which causes dynamic stresses.
In some working conditions where the material is abrasive and it is necessary to connect the links and beams with heat treatment methods or coating (welding, etc.) to increase the wear resistance, surface hardening.
In these chains, the bush component has been removed by adjusting the adjustment limits between the step holes of the link and the pin in a rolling manner.
In some models of this chain, due to bearing dynamic stresses, the links are produced by forging from high-strength raw materials to increase the strength of the chain against static and dynamic stresses by performing mechanical work.
